ACTION ALERT: Turkey revives plan to convert Chora Church into a mosque (ΥΠΟΓΡΑΨΤΕ)

 

The Turkish government has already converted Hagia Sophia into a mosque. Now, authorities in Turkey are moving ahead with the mosque conversion of another important Byzantine monument, museum, and UNESCO World Heritage Site -- Chora Church. We're sending a letter to the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom to publicly condemn Turkey's decision and recommend that the United States exercise all diplomatic and political influence to prevent the conversion of Chora Church.
